Great Service! Initial call came in right away and Dave showed up as promised. He gave me his rates before he came over and after arriving diagnosed the problem quickly, retrieved the part needed and returned to fix my furnace promptly. I initially called NSTAR to see if they would come and fix it and they said it would automatically be a $400.00 charge, Crestwood Mechanical charges to fix my furnace problem were MUCH more reasonable. I will definitely call Dave and Crestwood Mechanical again for any problems or planned upgrades in the future.

Very postive experience. Dave at Crestwood was very prompt, professional, and responsive. My oil burner cracked on Monday morning. After receiving several quotes, i decided to go with Crestwood. Dave called me back right away, and came to my house to inspect the situation that day. The next morning he was back to remove the existing oil burner, and a few hours later he had a new one installed and running.
